Directory firm Dentons, established in 1967 had celebrated its 43rd birthday with a visit from the Government Minister for Employment and Welfare Reform, and also was a part of the company's team from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Knight was given a tour around the direcory offices in Angel Mill, Edward Street, and cut the celebratory cake to officially mark the birthday.
Dentons provides a local free directory service that delivers over half a million directories throughout the south west. The company also had launched an online directory.
